This report is a single day, period by period attendance code report. It can be used to see who is not in the building - tardy, absent, left early,
etc. Run the Absentee Report when needed.
1. Go to Absentee Report
2. Select the attendance codes that reflect the students that are absent at the end of the day.
This report returns students with a minimum number of total occurrences of an attendance code specified. This report will return both active
and inactive students.
1. Go to Attendance Count Report
2. Select the students or grade level(s) to include in the search
3. Select an attendance code to scan for
SC-UNEX (Unverified) or for excessive absences use SC-UNEX (Unverified), SC-EX (Verified), SC-MED (Medical)
4. Enter beginning and ending dates
5. In Minimum Number of Total Occurrences enter a number representing the threshold value indicating a chronic attendance problem: 5,
7 or 10
With Middle/High School this is a number for periods. To get total days, you will need to multiply the number of periods times the 5, 7 or 10
indicator.
6. Click Submit
7. When the report has finished processing, click View
This report generates an Attendance Code Validation report by school in a PDF or CSV format. It looks for validation errors related to the use
of state attendance codes SC-ETRD, SC-BTRD, SC-EDSM, SC-CKIN or SC-DSML. It will validate based on the 50% rule. It can be run for all
students or a selection of students and for a specified date range. On a regular basis you will want to run this report to verify and ensure the
correct attendance codes were chosen.
1. Go to Compliance Reports
2. Click on SC48 Daily Attendance Validation Report (under the Attendance header)
3. Current Selection Students - you can run this report for a selection of students or the school
4. Include Only Students in Grade Levels - this option allow you to run the report by grade level
The SC Meeting Attendance Report is used by South Carolina schools to provide Meeting Attendance report per student in a PDF or CSV
format. The report can be run for a single student or a student selection. This report is designed to run only for schools that use Meeting
Attendance.
1. Go to Compliance Reports
2. Click on SC47 Meeting Attendance Report (under the Attendance header)
3. Current Selection Students - you can run this report for a selection of students or the school
4. Enter the date range you want to report to scan for
5. Select the attendance codes you want included
Level Data State Validation results include students who are transferred out.
Listing of Students, Ages 12 to 16 with 10 or more Unexcused Absences
Select the Run link to generate a list of the students.
If records are found, click on List to see the results. The results can also be downloaded to excel.
Consecutive Days and Non-Consecutive Days Unexcused Absences reports
